Dear Mrs. Hendrickson,

As I have previously stated to you, I am deeply saddened by your decision to leave me and return to England. I know that is where your home is, but I feel that what we had going here was really good and that our relationship was developing nicely.

I never really got to tell you this, but I thought you would be the one I would be spending the rest of my life with.

I envisioned us getting married one day, having a family and living happily ever after. But now, I don’t know if I will ever see you again.

Please reconsider your decision to leave. But, if you do decide to leave anyways, always know that I loved you!

Sincerely,
Angela C. Parker

Dear Animal Rescue

My name is James. I have been following the activities of your organization for some time now and have decided that I would like to make a monetary donation.

Attached you will find a certified check in the amount of $1000.

While this is a relatively small amount, I really hope that it will make a difference in the lives of the many animals you help rescue.

My tax receipt can be sent to:

Once again, I hope you will be able to make good use of this money. Keep up the good work!

Sincerely,

Dear Jane,

I have had a professional relationship with Joey Barman for the past 3 years. We have worked in many capacities together, including, but not limited to: shop forman, scheduling manager and chief supervisor.

For the whole time that Joey and I have worked together, he has demonstrated incredible leadership quality, always showed respect for his employees, was never late for work, or presented a bad attitude.

I think that Joey would be an excellent candidate for whatever job you have in mind.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact me at 564-342-3422.

Sincerely,

Johnny Clayman

Dear Royal bank,

I am writing this letter to explain the current circumstances surrounding my non completion of the last three credit card payments.

On December 25th, my brother’s house caught on fire. Due to his dire circumstances, I had no choice but to lend him a sum of money to get back on his feet until the insurance company made a payment to him. Due to this, I did not have the available funds to make my credit card payment.

As you can see from my payment history, I have never missed a payment. My brother will be paying me back in three weeks, and I will be able to make up the difference then.

Thanks for your consideration,

Clark Baker

Dear Mr. Brewer,
It has recently come to my attention that Jacqueline K. Cornett will be vacating her current position at the end of the month. While it is sad to see her go, I am interested in filling the post he occupied.

I have been working for Brewer Retail for quite a while now, and I feel that I would be a perfect fit to move into his job and take over his responsibilities.

I know there must be many other people in this office that are inquiring about this position, but I truly feel that I am more qualified than any of them are.

When the time to choose his successor comes, would you please keep me in mind? There is nothing I would love more than progress further up the ladder at B Brewer Retail.

Thankfully,
Lincoln A. Alldredge
